Task: Present Client Satisfaction Results
The findings of the client satisfaction assessment will be presented to the Client and, if needed, an action list will be reviewed for any areas that may require attention.

On completion of the satisfaction assessment, and after having assessed satisfaction scores and results, the Engagement Manager will package the results and prepare a presentation for the Client, focusing on any areas that may require specific attention in order to improve the OTACE score.

In order to keep the relevant stakeholders aware of any important aspects of the satisfaction assessment results, the Engagement Manager should make the findings very easily understandable, interpretable, and clearly tied to identified information needs and objectives.
